Refund & Return Policy for Matern Love

At Matern Love, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returning items and requesting refunds.
1. Returns We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items marked as "final sale."

Opened or used hygiene and personal care products.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If your return is approved but not due to a defect, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
4. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maternlove.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We will work to resolve the problem promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
